Formation of companies and CCs

Companies and CCs are normally available off the shelf. Unlike many suppliers, our fee includes all secretarial work related to the sale including change of name, main object, registered office, year end, directors and shareholders.

On line submission of Annual Returns

CIPRO requires that all companies and Close Corporations submit an annual return of secretarial details and the payment of a fee (related to turnover). The CIPRO website is notorious for its lack of adequate bandwidth and its instability. As registered CIPRO agents we offer this service.
